Shipping Carriers
We use these major carriers to ship items: UPS, FedEx and USPS.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order,” “per item” or “per pound” basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.
Shipping Timing
Once your order is placed Basshead Oregon will contact you separately with the estimate arrival date. Entering your shipping destination ZIP code can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date.
PO boxes: Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, we may request an alternative shipping address to be provided.
Title to Products
Purchases of product through BassheadOregon.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery to your ship-to address, and Basshead Oregon is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

On qualifying items, free shipping will be noted on the product page.
Local Pickup
We currently offer Local Pickup in Portland Oregon only. If you need to pick up an item quickly we can always set up a time and date to pickup your items personally. Please email us to get more information.
